Midweek - Monday 2 pm to Friday 10 am
Weekend - Friday 2pm to Sunday 10 am Weekly - 7 Nights 20% Surcharge applies to school & public holidays.
You'll will need to bring or purchase
(unless otherwise stated) All linen, towels, sheets, pillowcases, firewood.
Payments: Credit Cards Accepted.
A $5.00 booking fee applies to every booking.
Confirming deposit of $105.00 is to be paid within seven (7) days of booking.
(deposit non refundable upon cancellation)
The Full rental amount must be paid on or before arrival.
Special arrangements are required for late arrivals. A fee of $25 may apply.
48 Hours
notice must be given if cancelling booking or 50% of the
TOTAL booking
amount must be paid.

Standard Tenancy Conditions:
The owner agrees to let and guest agrees to take for "holiday purposes" only. The tenancy agreed shall commence at 2pm and terminate at 10am on the booked dates. In the event of a cancellation, all monies paid are non refundable. If you shorten your stay full rental amount must be paid.
The guest also agrees:
1. To pay the rent
2. Not to keep any animals or birds on the property
3. To use only as a holiday home
4. Not to assign or sub-let
5. Please note deposits are not transferable to another property.
6. The premises MUST be left in clean and good condition
- If any extra cleaning is required over the usual time cleaning
takes due to the property being left in an unfit manner, then this
cost will be deducted from your credit card / deposit left when
checking in and repair or replacement of any articles of furniture and effects or fittings that may become damaged or lost
will also be deducted.
7. Not to remove any of the furniture or effects from the premises
8. That the leasee shall not be guilty of miss-conduct and/or nuisance
9. Bookings are taken in good faith on behalf of the owner, cancellations by the owner are not the responsibility of the agent, in these cases we will endeavour to relocate you
10. Any description by the agent of the premises is given in good faith and no responsibility can be accepted for the expectations of the guest
11. The number of occupants MUST NOT exceed the number of beds stated in the description of the property
12. All prices are a guide only and are subject to change without notice, once a booking is made the rate will not change
13. No responsibilities is taken for goods left on the premises. Collection of items will incur a fee of $33 plus postage and handling.
14. A form will be required to be
filled out & signed agreeing to the above.
The owner or owner's agent reserves the right to terminate or refuse entry if these conditions are not met.
