Bedroom 1 - Upstairs Master Room - King bed (with electric blanket), table and lamp, ceiling fan, built-in robe and ensuite.

Bedroom 2 - Upstairs off lounge area - King Single bed and Trundle bed (2 beds), electric blankets, wardrobe and soccer table.

Bedroom 3 - Downstairs - Two King Single beds (both with electric blankets), built-in robe, dressing table side table and lamp.

Bedroom 4 -  Downstairs Double bed (with electric blanket), built-in robe, bedside table, lamp and mirror.

Linen:

LINEN SUPPLIED - This includes Doonas, blankets, pillows, sheets, pillow slips, 1 towel each, bathmat(s) and tea towels.  All beds have electric blankets

Bathroom:

Bathroom 1 - Downstairs - bath, shower, hair dryer and vanity.

Bathroom 2 - Upstairs - Ensuite off master bedroom with shower, toilet and vanity.

Separate toilet downstairs

Lounge Room:

Downstairs - Lounge and chair, slow combustion wood fireplace, TV/VCR/DVD, stereo, lamp, table, DVD/video library (over 60 DVD's) and ceiling fan.

Upstairs - Couch, TV, DVD, VCR and ceiling fan.

Kitchen:

Fully equipped, gas cook top, electric oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, sandwich maker and toaster.

Dining:

Dining / Family - Dining suite for 8, lounge suite, stereo CD player, games, tennis rackets, books, 2 sitting chairs and gas heaters.

Laundry:
Washing machine, dryer, laundry tub, clothes airer and ironing facilities

Heating:

Central heating throughout, gas heater in family room and slow combustion wood fireplace in the lounge room.  WOOD NOT SUPPLIED but can be arranged upon request (additional charge applies)
