Bedroom details:

Bedroom 1 - Downstairs - Queen bed with glass doors to deck and view over the Kanimbla Valley.  Contains bedside tables, bed-lamps, fan-heater, walk-in wardrobe, fully tiled ensuite bathroom with vanity, heated towel rails and overhead heater.

Bedroom 2 - Upstairs - Queen bed with north east facing windows for the morning sun. Contains bedside tables, bed

lamps, a large wardrobe and fan-heater.

Bedroom 3 - Upstairs - Two Single beds, bedside tables, bed lamps, a large wardrobe and fan-heater.

Linen:

Linen supplied - This includes Doonas, blankets, pillows, sheets, pillow slips, 1 towel each, bathmat(s) and tea towels.  Each bed has an Electric Blanket.

Bathroom:

Bathroom 1 - Main bathroom with spa bath, shower, vanity, hair dryer, heated towel rails and overhead heater.

Bathroom 2 - Ensuite with shower vanity, toilet and overhead heater.

Separate toilet off laundry.

Lounge Room:

Large with 4 sofas, TV, DVD/VCR, CD player, gas heater, slow combustion wood fireplace, ceiling fan, table lamps and library with views over the Kanimbla Valley.

Kitchen:

Fully equipped, electric oven, gas stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, glassware, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, china and cutlery for eight.

Dining:

Timber dining suite for 8, ceiling fan and electric oil heater.  Glass doors open onto deck overlooking the Kanimbla Valley.

Laundry:
Large washing machine, dryer, laundry tub, clothes airer, ironing facilities and out door clothes line.

Heating:

Slow combustion wood fireplace & gas heating in lounge and dining room.  Heating in all bedrooms  and bathrooms. WOOD NOT SUPPLIED but can be arranged upon request (additional charge applies).

Pets:
Sorry No pets.

Parking

2 car driveway.

Family and Games Room - TV, Billiard table and glass doors out to the deck. Expansive views of Kanimbla Valley.

NOTE:  Arrival time cannot be before 4pm if the property has Guests departing and arriving on the same day.  Please check with our office the day before arrival.
