LINEN NOT SUPPLIED - All beds include Doonas/blankets and pillows. Please bring your own sheets,pillow slips, towels, bathmat(s) and tea towels.  LINEN HIRE AVAILABLE ON REQUEST

Contains shower over bath, vanity and toilet

Lounge Room:

Two sofas, TV, DVD, slow combustion wood fireplace, gas heater and ceiling fan

Kitchen:

Fully equipped with microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher kettle and toaster.

Dinning / Family Room - Dining suite for 6, lounge suite, games and books

Laundry:
Washing machine and outdoor clothes line.

Heating:

Slow combustion wood fireplace and gas heaters. WOOD NOT SUPPLIED but can be arranged upon request (additional charge applies)
