The Nineteenth is a unique cottage overlooking the 18th hole and 50 metres from the 1st tee of one of the hidden gems of NSW golf courses:  The Blackheath golf course of the Blue Mountains with its picturesque grounds. 

For Golfer’s; the Nineteenth is a unique experience.  You can’t ask for more!  At the completion of your golf round you are a mere 25 metres from your own personal 19th hole accommodation, where you can sit on your own balcony as you watch your mates play and absorb the panoramic views of the golf course or enjoy a drink at the club house right next door. 

For Gardener’s; the Nineteenth offers you a half acre of landscaped wilderness gardens (Paul Sorenson original landscaper) you can pull up a seat and rest while you enjoy the solitude and the garden views.  For the physically active; you are adjacent to the best and challenging bush walks/look outs of the Blue Mountains National park. 

For the non active who just like to eat/drink/wander; you are only a short stroll to the unspoilt village of Blackheath with numerous good café’s and award winning renowned restaurants of Blackheath.

Bedroom details:

Bedroom 1 - King bed that can be spilt into two extra long singles if required.  Spacious Master room with views over the 18th hole and the 1st tee box.  It contains built in robes, alarm clock, bedside tables and lamp.

Bedroom 2 - King bed that can be spilt into two extra long singles if required.  Spacious room with views of the garden and contains bedside tables, lamps and built-in robes.

A double Sofa bed is available in the sitting room, so 3 couples can comfortably enjoy a weekend together. Hot water bottles available

The two bedrooms have King beds that can be split into two King Singles - If this option is preferred please inform us at time of booking so it can be arranged.

Linen:

LINEN SUPPLIED - This includes Doonas, blankets, pillows, sheets, pillow slips, 1 towel each, bathmat(s) and tea towels.  Hot water bottles available

Bathroom:

Bathroom 1 - shower, bath, hair dryer and toilet.

Bathroom 2 - Downstairs Shower, toilet and laundry combined.

Lounge Room:

A sitting room with open fireplace and a 80cm LCD TV/VCR/DVD (including Austar), Video's DVD's, stereo systems and double sofa (which converts to a double bed).  There are also games, magazines, pedestal fan all of which looks over the golf course.

Kitchen:

Spacious kitchen with quality appliances including fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster.  Full range (extensive) of quality cooking equipment, cooking books and reading material.

Dining:

Sitting area containing table with seating for 6, cane lounge and telescope

Laundry:
Washing machine, dryer, laundry tub, clothes airer, ironing facilities and vacuum.

Heating:

Open fireplace and electric central heating.  WOOD SUPPLIED
