A Mount Victoria holiday home with large deck set on a near level one acre garden block with extensive Kanimbla Valley Views.  Great for entertaining with a bunch if friends or for a family getaway. Circle driveway lights with turning circle to covered entrance.

Bedroom details:

Bedroom 1 - Upstairs - Queen bed and Single bed, bedside table, lamp, built-in wardrobe with views and an en-suite to main bathroom.

Bedroom 2  - Downstairs - Queen bed with glass sliding doors to deck and views.

Bedroom 3  - Downstairs - Two Single beds with built-in wardrobes and a glass panel door that opens to bedroom two.

Bedroom 4  - Downstairs - Double bed and Single bed, built-in wardrobes, set of draws and glass doors to deck and views.

Linen:

LINEN NOT SUPPLIED - All beds include Doona's/blankets, pillows and electric blankets. Please bring your own sheets, pillow slips, towels, bathmat(s) and tea towels.  LINEN HIRE AVAILABLE ON REQUEST.

Bathroom:

Bathroom 1 - Shower recess over bath, vanity with mirror, toilet and bar heater.

Bathroom 2 - En-suite.

Lounge Room:

Comfortable lounge with wonderful large open fireplace,  2 Rocking chairs, sofa's, DVD, TV, Stereo and VCR.  Doors open onto large deck with extensive valley views.

Kitchen:

Kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, electric stove/oven and grill, sandwich maker and ample cutlery, crockery and culinary

Dining:

Combined with lounge room it has a large dining table with seating for 10 people.

Laundry:
Washing machine, dryer, laundry tub, ironing facilities and internal fold away clothes line.

Heating:

Natural gas central heating and a Large open fireplace.  WOOD NOT SUPPLIED but can be arranged upon request (additional charge applies)

Parking

Plenty of parking around the circular driveway

Outdoor:

Portable  BBQ (Webber), outdoor table and chairs
