Mirambeena has a paved entertaining area under a pergola and is set in a large, private, tree studded yard. Situated within a quick walking distance to restaurants, golf course, shops, cafes, beautiful mountain walks, gardens and parks.  The main shops and restaurants at Govetts Leap Road is approx 900m level walk.   "Mirambeena" means Welcome and has accommodation for 6 people in a quiet but handy location

Bedroom 1 - Queen bed with bedside tables, lamps, chest of draws, clock radio and TV.

Bedroom 2 - Single bed with trundle (2 single beds) and clock radio.

Bedroom 3 - Single bed with trundle (2 single beds) and clock radio.

Linen:

LINEN SUPPLIED - This includes electric blankets, doonas, blankets, pillows, sheets, pillow slips, 1 towel each, bathmat(s) and tea towels.

Bathroom:

Shower, bath, hair dryer and heater.  Separate toilet with heater.

Lounge Room:

The lounge room has a slow combustion wood fireplace, TV, DVD/VCR and radio/CD player

Kitchen:

The kitchen is fully equipped including fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric fry pan, pots, ample cutlery, crockery and glasses.

Dining:

Dining suite for 6

Laundry:
Washing machine, dryer, laundry tub, clothes airer, ironing facilities and outdoor clothes line

Heating:

Slow combustion wood fireplace and 2 electric heaters. WOOD NOT SUPPLIED but can be arranged upon request (additional charge applies)
