Pet friendly holiday home

Appealing and recently renovated sunny home on a private bushy block.  New furnishings throughout. Located midway  between the Blackheath village and Govetts Leap Lookout, the home has a secure yard and responsible pet owners are welcome. Marana is child friendly with a new portable cot, high chair, single and double strollers and a games room for the children with lots of toys.

Bedroom details:

Bedroom 1 - Queen bed, two bedside tables, touch lamps, clock radio, cane chair, built in wardrobe, TV and electric oil  heater with a delightful garden outlook.

Bedroom 2 - Two single beds, bedside table and lamp, clock radio, console table, mirror, built in wardrobe and electric oil heater.

Bedroom 3 - One single bed, one single top bunk with lower fold out double futon, chest of draws, cheval mirror, built in wardrobe, reading lamps and electric oil heater.  (no electric blanket on futon)

New portable cot available.

Linen:

LINEN NOT SUPPLIED - All beds include Doonas/blankets, pillows and electric blankets. Please bringyour own sheets, pillow slips, towels, bathmat(s) and tea towels.  LINEN HIRE AVAILABLE ON REQUEST

Bathroom:

Modern bathroom with shower over bath, large vanity, mirror, toilet, towel racks, stool, hairdryer and oil burner.  Separate toilet in laundry.

Lounge Room:

Comfortable 3 seater lounge, 2 seater and arm chair.  Floor rug on timber floors, gas simulated log fire,TV, DVD,  Austar, potable radio/CD player, CD's, books, games, lamps and side tables.

Kitchen:

Modern kitchen with polished floors containing stainless steel stove, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, microwave, gas cook top, electric fry pan, sandwich/foccacia toaster, kettle, four-slice toaster, ample crockery, cutlery and culinary and electric oil heater.  There is also a large pantry with tea, coffee and breakfast items.

Dining:

Timber dining suite  for 8 and a high chair

Laundry:

Washing machine, dryer, laundry tub, clothes airer, ironing facilities, outdoor clothes line mop, bucket, broom and vacuum.

Heating:

Gas simulated log fire - in lounge room.  Wood not required.

Pets:

The home has a secure yard and responsible pet owners are welcome.  Pet feeding bowls supplied (in the garage)

Parking

Off street parking for 3-4 cars

Outdoor:

Webber BBQ, garden swing seat, bird feeding (seed) and chimenea for extra warmth.  Outdoor table and seating for 6 and an additional table with seating for 2.

Extras:

Portable cot, high chair, single stroller and a games room for the children with lots of toys.  Games and children's toys in the garage.  Extra mattresses available, stored in garage.  Extra quilt in cupboard
