Bedroom 2 - Double bed and Single bed, bedside table, lamp, portable oil heater and built-in wardrobe.

Bedroom 3 - Double bed and Single bunk beds (2 beds), bedside table, portable oil heater, lamp and built-in wardrobe.

Linen:

LINEN NOT SUPPLIED - All beds include Doonas/blankets and pillows. Please bring your own sheets, pillow slips, towels, bathmat(s) and tea towels.  LINEN HIRE AVAILABLE ON REQUEST

Bathroom:

Bathroom 1 - Upstairs - shower over bath, vanity with mirror and hair dryer.

Bathroom 2 - Downstairs - shower recess, basin with mirror, ceiling heater/ light and toilet.

Separate toilet off the laundry.

Lounge Room:

Downstairs - living room with large glass doors to deck and valley views, ceiling fan, open fireplace TV, VCR/DVD, small radio, lounge suite, coffee table, bookshelf, books and portable oil heater.  

Upstairs - doors to 2nd deck, ceiling fan, leather lounge, oil heater, coffee table, rug, wall unit, CD/radio systemand TV.

Kitchen:

Kitchen cupboards fully equipped also includes an electric oven and hotplates, range hood, large refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and microwave, kettle, toaster, plenty of cupboard space and all necessities.

Dining:

Timber dining suite for 8 people plus breakfast setting for 6 people.

Laundry:
Washing machine, dryer, laundry tub, clothes airer, ironing facilities, bench and outdoor clothes line.

Heating:

Open fireplace, oil heaters upstairs and ceiling fans in the bedrooms.  WOOD SUPPLIED
