Lovely cosy two storey mountain cottage situated within easy walking distance to Blackheath Village.  Located in a quiet tree lined street.  Close to the Braeside Walk.  Sunny North facing verandah.  Gas heating and spa bath.

Bedroom 1 - Upstairs - Queen bed with access to adjoining bathroom with Bedroom 2.

Bedroom 2 - Upstairs - Queen bed with access to adjoining bathroom with Bedroom 1.

Bedroom 3 - Downstairs - Two Single beds

Bedroom 4 - Downstairs - Double bed

Linen:

LINEN NOT SUPPLIED - All beds include Doonas/blankets and pillows. Please bring your own sheets,pillow slips, towels, bathmat(s) and tea towels.  LINEN HIRE AVAILABLE ON REQUEST

Bathroom:

Bathroom 1 - Upstairs with shower, spa bath, toilet and vanity.

Bathroom 2 - Downstairs  - Three way bathroom with shower, corner spa, vanity and toilet.

Lounge Room:

Seating for 5, TV, DVD, Stereo with Gas simulated Log fire

Kitchen:

Fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven , gas stove and grill. , 4 slice toaster, kettle, dishwasher, amplecutlery, crockery and culinary.

Dining:

Dining suite for 8

Laundry:

Washing machine, dryer, laundry tub, ironing facilities and clothes airer.

        
Heating:

Gas simulated log fire, electric oil heaters and convection heater.  Wood not required.

Room for 2 cars in driveway with ample off street parking

3rd night free except in School and Public Holidays

Every booking taken between 1/7/09 and 31/12/09, goes into a draw on the 31st December, 2009.  The lucky winner gains a free weekend booking at Kiah Cottage during the off-peak period (ie not school or public holidays).
