Bedroom 1 - Queen bed with dressing table, mirror and wardrobe.

Bedroom 2 - One single bed plus one ‘L’ shape bunk bed., chest of drawers and wardrobe.

Bedroom 3 - One single bed and one ‘L’ shape bunk bed, wall mirror and wardrobe.

Bedroom 4 - Double bed, dressing table and chest of drawers

Linen:

LINEN NOT SUPPLIED - All beds include Doona's/blankets, pillows and electric blankets. Please bring your own sheets, pillow slips, towels, bathmat(s) and tea towels.  LINEN HIRE AVAILABLE ON REQUEST

Bathroom:

Older style with shower over bath, vanity, mirror, toilet and bar heater.

Lounge Room:

Open fireplace with coal guard, light weight fire grill and kindling/wood basket, ceiling fan, comfortable lounges for ten people, foot stools, bean bag, coffee table, lamps, wall mirror, small electric heater, TV, VCR and books.

Kitchen:

Older small style eat-in kitchen including a smaller electric stove/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and ample crockery, cutlery, and culinary.

Dining:

Older small style eat-in kitchen.  Small round timber table and five chairs plus separate back room with fold out table and additional chairs.

Laundry:
Laundry tub, clothes airer and ironing facilities (no clothes washing/drying facilities)

Heating:

Open fireplace and small electric heater.  WOOD NOT SUPPLIED but can be arranged upon request (additional charge applies)
