Bedroom 1 - Large attic bedroom with Queen brass bed, tables, lamps, clock radio and wardrobe.

Bedroom 2 - Ground floor front - Queen brass bed, tables, lamps, clock radio and built in wardrobe.

Bedroom 3 - Ground floor rear - Double brass bed, bed-side tables, lamps and hanging space.

Bedroom 4 - Double timber bed, bed-side tables, lamps, hanging space and an en-suite.

Linen:

LINEN SUPPLIED. This includes Doona's, blankets, pillows, sheets, pillow slips, 1 towel each, bathmat(s) and tea towels.

Bathroom:

Bathroom 1 - Main bathroom with double shower, vanity, hairdryer and toilet.   Also includes a laundry contained in a cupboard within the bathroom.

Bathroom 2 - Downstairs En-suite: shower, vanity and toilet.

Lounge Room:

Large lounge room with two 3 seater lounges, CD music system, TV, DVD, large open fireplace and garden views.

Kitchen:

Eight seater timber dining setting, in well-equipped modern kitchen, with dishwasher, refrigerator, electric oven and gas stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker and all cutlery and crockery.

Washing machine, dryer, laundry tub, iron facilities and outdoor clothes line.
