Small sunroom with one Single bed and portable heater.

Larger sunroom area with one Double Futon and a single day bed. This area is the rear verandah and has easy chairs, coffee table, lamps portable cassette/radio player, bookshelf, dinning table for six and also has three single mattresses.

Linen:

LINEN NOT SUPPLIED - All beds include Doona's/blankets and pillows. Please bring your own sheets, pillow slips, towels, bathmat(s) and tea towels.  LINEN HIRE AVAILABLE ON REQUEST

Bathroom:

Bathroom 1 - Refurbished with shower recess, basin, mirror, bar heater and toilet.

Bathroom 2 -Refurbished with bath tub, shower, basin, mirror, bar heater and toilet.

Lounge Room:

Large lounge suite with open fire place, TV, DVD, VCR, stereo, coffee table, lamp, bookshelf, settee, easy chairs, desk and dining table.

Large Refurbished kitchen with polished floors and gas heater, two door refrigerator, large gas stove/oven, microwave, electric fry pan, kettle, toaster, ample crockery, cutlery and culinary.

Dining:

Two timber dining suites for eight people in the lounge room and for six people in the large sunroom.

Laundry:

Washing machine, dryer, laundry tub, clothes airer, ironing facilities and outdoor clothes line.

Heating:

Open fireplace in lounge and slow combustion wood fireplace in large sunroom.  WOOD NOT SUPPLIED but can be arranged upon request (additional charge applies)
