fenced in garden with room for kids to play. Ideal for couples, large families or groups and has two separate lounge
areas. It also has the capability to sleep ten if required.

A Portacot is available and is stored in the walk in wardrobe in bedroom 3 (Guests are required to supply own linen for
Portacot) .
An additional Electric Blow up Double Mattress is available on request

LINEN NOT SUPPLIED - All beds include Doonas and pillows. Please bring your own sheets, pillow slips, towels,
bathmat(s) and tea towels. LINEN HIRE AVAILABLE - Please request at time of booking.

planned study with Desk and chair.

Fully equipped modern kitchen with gas cook top, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster,
Radio/CD player, ample glassware, crockery and cutlery. The kitchen is open planned and is combined with the dining room.

Expandable dining table with seating for 8

Washing machine, dryer, laundry tub and ironing facilities.

Natural gas ducted central heating throughout the house (upstairs and downstairs) - no wood required
