Modeled on the original Yorkshire cottage.  This lovely 2 storey house sits on the high side of Hat Hill Road and is 5 minutes walk from the village, railway station, hotels and park. With a cosy feel, the cottage has 2 bedrooms upstairs with a shared bathroom and a third bedroom on the lower level with en-suite.

Bedroom details:

Bedroom 1 - Upstairs - Queen bed with electric blanket, electric heater, wardrobe, lamps and side tables.

Bedroom 2 - Upstairs - King Single bed with trundle (2 single beds), both with electric blankets, side table and lamp.

Bedroom 3 - Downstairs - Queen bed, bedside tables, lamps, wardrobe, natural gas heater with en-suite bathroom.

Sofa bed in lounge room.

Linen:

LINEN SUPPLIED- This includes Doona's, blankets, pillows, sheets, pillow slips, 1 towel each, bathmat(s)and tea towels.  Each bed has an Electric Blanket

Bathroom:

Bathroom 1 - Upstairs - shower, hair dryer, toilet and basin.

Bathroom 2 - En-suite downstairs - bath with shower, toilet and basin.

Lounge Room:

Two 2-seater lounges, one with a double sofa bed, TV, DVD, VCR and stereo.

Kitchen:

Fully equipped kitchen for 8 guests, stovetop, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and slow combustion wood fireplace.

Dining:

Dining suite for 8

Laundry:

Washing machine, dryer, laundry tub, ironing facilities and an outdoor clothesline

Heating:

Slow combustion wood fireplace in kitchen.  Natural gas heater in Lounge/Dinning room and bedroom three. Electric Heater in bedroom one. WOOD NOT SUPPLIED but can be arranged upon request (additional charge applies)
