A pleasant brick home set in a quiet cul-de-sac opposite the 11th tee on Blackheath Golf Course.  You aren't far from a friendly round golf or a good meal at the Golf Club.   Gas heating with carpeting throughout living and sleeping area to keep you cosy during the cold winter nights.

Bedroom details:

Bedroom 1 - Queen bed, two bedside tables, alarm clock, over bed lamps, walk in wardrobe and ensuite.

Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, two bedside tables, alarm clock, over bed lamps, chest of draws and a small wardrobe.

Bedroom 3 - Two Single beds, old TV and a bedside table.

Electric Blankets on all beds.

Linen:

LINEN NOT SUPPLIED - All beds include Donna's/blankets and pillows and electric blankets. Please bring your own sheets, pillow slips, towels, bathmat(s) and tea towels.  Heaps of spare blankets and pillows.  LINEN HIRE AVAILABLE ON REQUEST

Bathroom:

Bathroom 1 - Main bathroom with shower over the bath, toilet, hair dryer and vanity.

Bathroom 2 - en-suite with shower, toilet, vanity and hair dryer - off Bedroom 1.

Lounge Room:

Three, two seater lounges, flat screen TV and DVD Player.

Kitchen:

Modern fully stocked kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric cook top with separate oven, kettle, coffee maker, sandwich maker and toaster.

Dining:

Dining suite for 6 people

Laundry:

Washing machine, dryer, laundry tub, clothes airer, ironing facilities and outdoor clothesline

Heating:

Gas heaters and two pedestal fans.  Wood not required.
