Bedroom 1 - Master room with queen bed, single bed (electric blanket on queen bed only), built in wardrobe, desk, chair, two bedside lamps and electric oil heater.

Bedroom 2 - Double bed with electric blanket, bunk bed (2 single beds), built in wardrobe, electric oil heater and bedside lamp.

Linen:

LINEN NOT SUPPLIED - All beds include Doona's, pillows and electric blankets.  Please bring your own sheets, pillow slips, towels, bathmat(s) and tea towels.  LINEN HIRE AVAILABLE ON REQUEST

Bathroom:

Shower over bath, separate toilet and vanity.

Lounge Room:

Three seater lounge with low table, two comfortable lounge chairs, DVD player, TV, Radio/CD player and uninterrupted views over the Grose Valley.

Kitchen:

All necessary kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery, electric stove, fridge with separate freezer compartment, microwave, kettle and toaster.

Dining:

Dining suite for six and two spare chairs, with uninterrupted views over the Grose Valley.

Laundry:

Washing machine with dryer function, laundry tub, clothes airer and ironing facilities.

Heating:

Slow combustion wood fireplace. WOOD NOT SUPPLIED but can be arranged upon request (additional charge applies)

Pets:
Well behaved pets allowed.  Yard is not fenced.

Off street  parking - Carport

Outdoor:

Outdoor setting for eight people.
