Alpine Cottage is less than one block from the village centre. The cottage has a 180 degree view of the Kanimbla Valley with all its mood changes. The cedar weatherboard cottage is designed to blend with the environment. All walls internal and external have efficient thermal and acoustic insulation. It is set amongst gum trees with an off - street car park. It has verandas front and back. Whilst this home is split into two units that provide private and separate accommodation, Alpine Cottage is ideal for two couples on combined holiday.

Ground Floor - Queen bed with dual zone electric blanket, built in wardrobe, side tables, lamps, chest of drawers, full length mirror and large electric oil heater.
Loft - Queen bed with dual zone electric blanket, side tables, lamps and full length mirror.
Linen:
Linen supplied - This includes doona's, blankets, pillows, sheets, pillow slips, 1 towel each, bathmat(s) and tea towels.
Bathroom:
Bathroom 1 - Ground Floor - Two person spa, shower, vanity, hair dryer toilet and washer/dryer.
Bathroom 2 - Loft - Thermostatically controlled massage shower, vanity, hair dryer and toilet.
Lounge Room:
Ground Floor - Three seat lounge setting to take advantage of the magnificent view of the Kanimbla Valley. Also includes coffee table, reading lamp, DVD, TV, VCR and natural gas simulated gas wood fire.
Loft - Five seat lounges setting to take advantage of the magnificent view of the Kanimbla Valley. Also contains DVD, TV, Stereo and natural gas simulated wood fire.
Kitchen:
Ground Floor - Fully equipped modern electric appliances including, fan forced oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and clock radio.
Loft - Fully equipped modern electric appliances including, mini-oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster

Washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities (Ground floor apartment only)

Both apartments have natural gas simulated wood fire heating and oil heaters. Wood not required.
