Ideally located in the heart of Blackheath, in a quiet tree lined street, Waragil House has au
attention to comfort and style in its detail.  There are two Queen sized bedrooms, the third bedroom has two king singles with sturdy trundles, add the sofa bed, and the property sleeps up to eight. The living room has an open fireplace, which the central heating makes unnecessary, but it's so cosy! The separate dining room opens on to the enormous enclosed verandah. The eat in kitchen is fully equipped, and there are two bathrooms, one with a double spa bath. The property is ideal for large family gatherings or special interest groups, such as painters, quilters, bushwalkers etc, & yet is intimate enough for quiet romantic retreats.
The large grassy backyard is wonderful for al fresco dining, kicking a footy or bowling a few overs, with the car safely locked up in the garage.

Bedroom details:

Bedroom 1 - Queen bed with electric blanket, bedside tables, lamps and dressing table
Bedroom 2 - 2 King Single beds with electric blankets, bedside tables and lamps (both with trundles)
Bedroom 3 - Queen bed with electric blanket, bedside tables and lamps
There is also an enclosed verandah with a Sofa bed, side tables, work table, chairs and fan heater.

Linen:

LINEN SUPPLIED - This includes electric blankets, doonas, blankets, pillows, sheets, pillow slips, 1 towel each, bathmat(s) and tea towels.

Bathroom:

Bathroom 1 - shower, vanity and toilet
Bathroom 2 - double spa, basin and toilet

Lounge Room:

Open wood fireplace, 2 seater lounge, coffee table, 2 side tables, lamps with TV, DVD and CD Player

Kitchen:

Eat in fully equipped kitchen with, electric stove top and oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, crockery and culinary.

Dining:

Separate dining room with seating for twelve

Laundry:
Washing machine, laundry tub, dryer and ironing facilities.

Heating:

Open wood fireplace and ducted natural gas heating.
WOOD NOT SUPPLIED but can be arranged upon request (additional charge applies)

Pets:
Pets are welcome, however an additional fee of $40.00 per animal per stay is required and guests must bring the pets bedding. Property is not fully fenced.

Parking for 5 cars

Wood BBQ and tables and chairs
