Linen supplied - This includes Doona's, pillows, sheets, pillow slips, 1 towel each, bathmat(s) and tea towels. Each
bed has an Electric Blanket

Bathroom 1 - Bath, separate shower, vanity, hair dryer and toilet
Bathroom 2 - Ensuite to Bedroom 2, shower, vanity and toilet
Lounge Room:
Separate lounge room with polished floor boards, rugs, five seater leather lounge suite and Tv with DVD/CD/AM-FM
tuner.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker,
fridge/freezer and ample cutlery, crockery and culinary. New Kitchen installed Nov 09.
Dining:
Dining table for 8. The dining room is combined with the family room and kitchen
Laundry:
Washing machine, dryer, laundry tub, clothes airer and ironing facilities
Heating:
Slow combustion wood fireplace in family room. WOOD NOT SUPPLIED. Gas Heater in lounge and electric heaters in
other rooms. Wood can be arranged by Blue Mountains Escapes at time of booking.
