Amanti is a fully renovated 1950’s cottage located in the beautiful township of Blackheath and is situated in a quiet avenue, nestled amongst cottage gardens and established traditional mountain trees. The cottage offers a luxury escape with off street parking and is only a short stroll to the heart of Blackheath with its renowned Cafe’s, Galleries and Gift shops.   Upon arrival at Amanti you are lost in the traditional cottage garden that Blackheath is renowned for with pebbled paths edged by subdued lighting that leads the way to the entrance of the cottage. Once inside you are greeted by original decor of polished floor boards and enchanted by the high ceilings with period cornice whilst being surrounded by the warmth from the central heating. A queen bedroom with a solid timber bed suite and exquisite linen  consisting of a Tasmanian wool blanket, duck/goose down doona’s for the crisp mountain nights is followed by the second bedroom with a solid timber suite and crisp white bed linen and bedspread for any romantic setting.   A spa bath offers the ultimate in relaxation and with a beautiful round hand basin and heated towel rails add to this luxury.   Glass French doors open out onto the large undercover Merbeu timber deck with the rich afternoon sun providing a spectacular area for afternoon teas or an excellent backdrop for the evening BBQ overlooking the garden.  Amanti is a fully self contained home offering comfort and luxury perfect for a quality retreat.

Bedroom 1 - Queen solid timber bed suite with a and exquisite linen consisting of a Tasmanian wool blanket, duck/goose down doona’s for the crisp mountain nights
Bedroom 2 - Double solid timber bed suite with and crisp white bed linen and doona's for any romantic setting.
Both bedrooms have reading lamps, alarm clocks and built-in wardrobes.

Linen:

High quality of linen supplied - This includes Doona's, pillows, sheets, blankets, pillow slips, 1 towel each, bathmat(s) and tea towels.

Bathroom:

New bathroom with spa bath, shower over the spa bath, rounded hand basin and heated towel rail .

Lounge Room:

Lounge room with new leather lounge and soft floor rugs, beautiful Bunya oak furniture,  large HD LCD TV & DVD player, library of DVD’s & CD player.

Kitchen:

A new fully self-contained kitchen featuring an island bench and with stainless steel appliances.  The kitchen contains, two draw dishwasher, Sunbeam cafe series coffee machine, large European oven with 6 x gas cook tops for the inner chef, microwave oven, kettle, fride/freezer and surrounded by open benches.  The kitchen overlooks the lounge area.

Dining:

Dining suite with seating for six.

Laundry:
Washing machine, laundry tub and ironing facilities.

Heating:

Central Heating.  Wood not required.

Off street parking and large carport

Outdoor:

Undercover front deck featuring merbau timber overlooking front garden for tea & coffee.  There is also a large undercover back deck featuring merbau timber for entertaining with patio blinds and table & chairs with a bushy outlook through the established trees into the private backyard.  BBQ supplied.

Extras:

Amanti supplies coffee, tea, sugar, and breakfast condiments.  Also has a library of DVD's for a private restful evening.
