The Manor is French Provincial Style and is the perfect place to relax and unwind whilst taking in the magical view of the mist rolling up the valley and the ever changing spectacle of light over the rugged cliffs. Shipley Manor Sleeps 20 downstairs and 6 in the Masters Quarters which is located upstairs and has its own entrance (no internal access), bathroom, lounge and kitchenette. There are four bathrooms, three down stairs (one with a double shower and a bath big enough for two!) and another in the Masters Quarters located upstairs. The large timber dining tables are perfect for a family lunch or formal dining with a large open fire place. Outdoor dining is also available on a paved area including gas BBQ. The spacious country style kitchen is well equipped for all cooking requirements and includes a large commercial fridge and separate freezer. The lounge room has views and an abundant array of books and DVDs. The property is wheelchair accessible. Bedroom Details: DOWNSTAIRS Bedroom 1 - King bed and bunk bed (2 singles) with side tables, lamps, Desk, TV and slow combustion fireplace. Bedroom 2 - Double Bunk (Sleeps 2-4 people). Bedroom 3 - Queen bed with side tables and lamps Bedroom 4 - Tri bunk (Double with single bed on top) (Sleeps 3) Bedroom 5 - Round room with Tri bunk (Double with single bed on top) (Sleeps 3) Bedroom 6 - Queen bed with an ensuite. There is also a bunk (2 singles) in a separate room with a door off this room. Linen: BED LINEN AND TOWELS SUPPLIED - This includes Doona's with covers, blankets, pillows, sheets, pillow slips, 1 towel each, bathmat(s) and tea towels. Electric Blankets are on all beds. Bathroom: DOWNSTAIRS Bathroom 1 - Main bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. Bathroom 2 - Closest to bedroom 1 & 2 has a large modern bath, double sinks, double shower and toilet. Bathroom 3 - Ensuite to bedroom 6 with old iron bath, vanity and toilet. Separate toilet off the kitchen downstairs. Lounge Room: Large lounge room with ample seating, views overlooking Kanimbla Valley, TV, DVD, CD player with iPod and USB connections. Great selection of books and DVD's. There is also a small lounge and TV upstairs in the Masters Quarters. Kitchen: Open plan kitchen/dining room with 2 large timber dining tables an open fireplace and TV. The modern, country kitchen is a well-equipped including dishwasher, large commercial refrigerator, freezer two electric ovens, 2 electric stove tops, microwave, kettle, toaster and ample cutlery and crockery. There is also a small kitchen upstairs with tea and coffee making facilities only. Dining: Open plan kitchen/dining with table seating for 24 + seating for 6 at the island bench in the kitchen. Upstairs has a dining table for 6 Laundry: Washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities downstairs Heating: Large open fireplace in dining room WOOD SUPPLIED. Several electric space heaters and column heaters throughout and a Slow Combustion Fireplace in Bedroom 1. Pets: Well behaved pets allowed. There is no fencing to keep pets in.
